Meet Julie L Timms - The Diarrhoea Controller. Julie is our 4th Free Blog Friday. She is a breath of fresh air when it comes to helping people control their bowels. A sensitive subject for sure, but Julie is so down to earth and open to a fun approach to what she offers, whilst remaining respectful.

Here is the blog we created for her - For Sh*ts and Giggles.
Social media has been around for the best part of 23 years. Whilst social media has evolved over these years, for example being used by businesses to market and sell their products, and for communities to grow remotely, how much has it really changed more recently?

Over the past few weeks .... months, no .... however long it is we’ve been in lockdown - you may well have heard about us all having to adjust to ‘the new normal’. Welcoming a different life as we ease out of lockdown and move towards what feels a bit more like life before the Coronavirus.

Whilst we have very little idea of how to adapt to what ‘the new normal’ is, apart from staying away from each other and having hand sanitiser coming out of our ears, we do have lots of ideas when it comes to adapting your marketing strategy.

In this blog we introduce you to an amazing tool for your business. Introducing - Risk Dashboard.
COVID-19 has affected many people and businesses in many different ways. Yet despite operating our businesses under very restrictive measures the need to market our brand is even more essential. However, we need to change the way we market to reflect these sensitive times and sometimes this can be an additional challenge on top of the current challenge of staying sane, and even afloat. We wanted to do something no matter how small to help, and so Free Blog Friday was born. An opportunity for 5 businesses to have a free blog written by us and shared on our social channels for extra exposure. The first to snap up our offer was The Lighthouse Centre in Northampton. Here’s our first blog for them – Hearts, Hands and Home.

At the turn of the year, we had no idea we’d take a trip to the shops, our friend’s house or the pub for granted. We were celebrating how a new year, as well as a new decade, means a fresh start to really hit the ground running but, in truth, the world has hit the ground face first.

Depending on your age, you may remember being taught, or your children being taught, about “cyber bullying” at school. Well, apparently, some slipped through the net and have decided they can say what they like about whom they like when online. Now, whilst we are huge believers that everybody is entitled to their own opinion, there is always a time and place to voice them and understanding this will play a huge part in helping people think before they act online.

We’ve now completed a month of 2020, how's it been for you? Things like ‘Dry January’, going to the gym, going on a diet and spending less time on social media are amongst the most popular January objectives but how many people actually stick to this? Have you considered or tried any of the above?

New Year, New Decade. How has social media evolved over the past ten years?

Things change. We all know this. As the infamous saying goes, only two things in life are certain: death and taxes. But just how much have our favourite social media platforms changed since 2010?
