Emma is the owner and founder of Specky & Ginge LTD - UK Social Media Agency of the Year 2025/26. Her expertise in content creating, storytelling and online promotion now helps businesses grow their online presence and brand awareness. Her passion is people and putting people at the forefront of any marketing strategy.

An award-winning presenter and voice-over artist with over 20 years broadcast experience with the biggest media networks. Presented Entertainment News for UBC Media, 4 Music & Superdrug. Emma's TV career began at ITV with a BAFTA Award for her work on the children's show 'Scoop'.
Emma has carried out voice-over work for several high profile clients including Superdrug, Aviva, World Duty Free for all UK airports, the Extreme Sports TV network and has also been the station voice for New York’s Hit Music station Z100. She has also fronted media campaigns in TV, radio and press for The National Trust and charities such as Cancer Research UK and the internationally acclaimed charity World Horse Welfare.
Emma has demonstrated excellent journalist skills by writing several articles & columns for magazines. She is a well connected woman and has used her network of contacts within the entertainment industry to secure numerous celebrity interviews, from Bruce Willis, Jim Carrey and Colin Firth.

With a degree in Media Studies, she has always been drawn to the power of storytelling across different formats and oves creating content that feels authentic, looks aesthetic, and genuinely connects with people.
Outside of work, you'll probably find her with a good book in one hand, coffee in the other and her lovely labrador Gus by her side!
She's also passionate about trying new creative hobbies, cooking and baking and staying active.
Josh
Our Digital Guru
Meet Josh! Josh is a passionate and innovative marketer with an unwavering love for the ever-changing world of social media, email & marketing. He has over 6 years experience in this field where he's enjoyed getting out of his comfort zone, thinking outside the box and seeing positive results. Josh LOVES the challenge of adapting to social media algorithms, exploring emerging social media platforms and embracing new technologies. If you have a question about social media/marketing, he's your guy!
He also has a love for theatre and is known to binge the most popular TV shows on Netflix in a day or two.
Away from work, Josh is very active and regularly attend the local gym. At home, he is recently married and has two crazy dogs that keep him entertained and occupied (especially when he has to walk them 3 times day!)

With a passion for social media, branding, marketing and independent businesses, Angela has many strings to her bow!
Outside of work the juggle is real! She's Mum to 2 very bouncy, lively little boys. Angela and hubby are renovating their house - no job too big or small :)
When she does find a spare 5 minutes you’ll find her on a yoga mat.

Imogen is a big believer in the power of LinkedIn. It’s been a vital part of her own career journey and it’s a platform she’s passionate about helping others make the most of too. If you’re not using it yet, she’ll probably convince you to start!
Away from work, you’ll find her on a walk, painting her nails or slowly but surely trying to read more and scroll less (easier said than done when you work in social media!) When she’s not doing any of that, she’s most likely spending time with loved ones or rewatching a comfort TV show for the fifth time.

Meet the Son! This happy little chap is Emma's Mini Me! The next generation of Specky & Ginge!
He's developing a very entrepreneurial mind and has created a week long online masterclass for Specky & Ginge! He's a tech wizz when it comes to Roblox, both playing and creating games. When he's not coming up with ideas for new games, he can be found happily outdoors on his bike or playing basketball.
His next mission is to get Mum to rebrand to Specky & Son! Watch this space!
