You will receive an invoice along with your booking confirmation. 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and the remainder must be made within 7 days of your training date. Failure to make payment on time will result in late payment charges. 

 

 

If you fail to attend the training session on which you are booked without giving prior notice to Specky & Ginge LTD, we will be unable to refund the training fees. 

 

Where circumstances dictate, Specky & Ginge LTD reserves the right to alter agreed programmes, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. In the event of your training session being cancelled, a full refund will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred. 

 

Specky & Ginge LTD does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its training courses, including course material. Our training service is to teach, suggest, advise and guide you to market your own business. We do not accept responsibility for the decisions and actions you take in relation to your own Business' online marketing tools and the outcomes from them. 

 

Any additional support required will be charged at our reduced consultancy rate of £150 per hour. 

Face to Face support could be subject to travel costs. 

Monthly fee is to be paid by Standing Order only, on the date that the contract starts. 

The set up fee and first months payment must be paid up front before work can begin. 

The Consultant Company agrees to pay the fees one month in advance for the duration of the agreement. 

The Consultant Company and Specky & Ginge LTD work together initially for a trial period of 4 months. On the condition that both parties are satisfied following the 4 month trial period, the agreement will continue on a rolling basis for the remaining duration. 

Specky & Ginge working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
